摘要
针对某厂循环流化床锅炉水冷壁布风板水冷壁漏泄事件,根据爆口宏观判断本次漏泄的原因为水冷壁之间风帽套管与鳍片焊口存在原始缺陷,且上部焊接质量较差,在浇注料颗粒脱落的情况下对水冷壁管表面进行冲刷,导致水冷壁管减薄,因承受不了工质压力而漏泄。并提出了建议:下次检修期间将水冷壁布风板浇注料全部清除干净,对水冷壁管与鳍片焊口进行全部打磨、补焊及金属检验,将水冷壁布风板下部根据设计图纸进行满焊。

And puts forward some advising: next time during repair will water grid plates castable all clean water wall cloth, of water wall tube and fin joint all burnish, repair welding and metal inspection, the lower part of wall cloth water gr/d plates according to the design drawings for full welding.
