摘要
高压加热器是汽轮机发电机组回热系统中的重要辅机设备,运行高压加热器设备可提高锅炉给水温度,降低机组能耗。高压加热器疏水端差偏大影响发电机组长期安全运行。本文针对疏水端局部泄露导致高压加热器疏水端差偏大的情况,进行返修方法的研究。
The High Pressure Heater is the key auxiliary equipment of turbin-generator heat recyde system. By operating it can increase the feedwater temperature of the boiler and reduce the energy loss. If the drain end deviation is too large of the heater, it will have bad influence on the longtime safety operation of the complex. This thesis did some research on the repair methods for large drain end deviation caused by location leakiness in the drain end of the High Pressure Heater.
