从术后泌尿生殖功能看腹腔镜直肠癌的盆自主神经功能保护——COLORⅡ研究的启示 被引量:5

摘要 手术治疗是直肠癌的主要治疗手段。随着腹腔镜技术的飞速发展与普及,这一微创技术已成为许多医疗单位治疗直肠癌的首选手术方式。目前英国CLASICC和欧洲COLORII等随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial.RCT)已获得初步结果,证实其在肿瘤根治与近、远期疗效方面与开腹手术相当。由于直肠癌位置的特殊性.其在泌尿和生殖功能保护方面近年也受到更多关注。
