河南荥阳苜蓿洼汉墓M2、M317发掘简报

Zhengzhou Municipal Commission for the Preservation of the Site of the Han Dynasty at Guxing and Xingyang Museum,The Excavation of Burial No.2 and Burial No.317 of the Han Dynasty at Muxuwa in Xingyang,Henan

苜蓿洼墓地位于荥阳市豫龙镇苜蓿洼村南部,2007年5月至12月,因配合中原国际小商品城二期工程建设,共发掘汉墓353座,墓葬分布密集,排列有序,为一处经过严格规划的大型公共墓地,其南3公里即为古京城遗址,二者之间应有着紧密的联系。

The Muxuwa cemetery is located in the south of the Muxuwa village, Xingyang. Burials of the Han Dynasty, up to 353 in total, were excavated from May to December in the year of 2017. All the tombs are of a concentrated but well-organized layout, which suggests they should be of a planned public cemetery during the Han Dynasty. The Jingcheng City site, which is only 3 km away, should be correlated with the cemetery.
