摘要
从可持续发展的角度阐述科技园区可持续发展能力的内涵,构建科技园区可持续发展能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析-模糊综合评价(AHP-FCE)方法建立科技园区可持续发展能力评价模型,对广东省15个城市科技园区的可持续发展能力进行定性和定量评价。评价结果显示:粤东西科技园区的可持续发展能力总体上远远落后于珠三角城市科技园区,粤东3个城市科技园区的可持续发展能力略高于粤西3个城市科技园区。提出采取产业转移和劳动力转移、创新驱动、产业集聚及营造良好环境等措施实现广东省科技园区的协调和可持续发展。
On the basis of the sustainable development theory and the guide of the systems theory, the meaning of the sustainable development abilities of science and technology parks has been explained, and the indicator system has been constructed. Using the improved AHP-FCE method, this paper carries out the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the sustainable development abilities of the 15 cities in Guangdong province of China. The conclusions are as follows: the sustainable development ability of science and technology parks of the western and eastern cities of Guangdong on the whole is far behind that of the "Pearl River Delta" cities; the sustainable development abilities of science and technology parks of three cities in eastern of Guangdong is slightly higher than that of the three cities in western Guangdong. The paper proposes that industry transfer, labor transfer, innovation driven, industry agglomeration and good environment are needed to achieve the coordinated and sustainable development of science and technology parks in Guangdong province.
