In order to meet the demand of second business restructuring and market transfomlation, Beijing Institute of Space Long March Vehicle continued to carry out management mode innovation based on information technology by taking the integrated management system as a platform. And it strove to open up the existing economic data flow, project quotation, budget, funds and other economic data, and built economic data collection and sharing platform, problem-shooting ways and methods to solve the problems for the management of scientific research and production in order to subsequently transform, upgrade economic growth, clarify ideas, and identify the direction.
