摘要 大型基础设施项目通常涉及多个行政区域,具有项目之间存在差异性、项目目标多层次性等特点,单项目管理理论已不能满足大型基础设施项目管理的要求,需要引入相似性原理,将具有相似性的项目进行组合管理,从而提高大型基础设施项目的管理效率。从质量、进度、费用三方面,采用主成分分析法,构建相似性的识别模型;在此基础上,运用特征指标逐项比较聚类技术,构建主要相似性的聚类模型;最后进行案例分析。 Large basic infrastructure often involves multiple administrative regions, with multiple levels between the project, project number, and project existence difference. The basic infrastructure goal has the characteristics of multi hierarchy, meanwhile the single project management theory cannot meet the requirements of large basic infrastructure management. Therefore, we need to introduce the principle of similarity and combine with the similar project in order to realize the combination of project management, so as to improve the efficiency of large-scale engineering project management. This paper uses the method of principal component analysis from the quality, schedule, cost, researching and constructs the recognition model of the main similarity. On this basis, the paper uses the feature index to compare the clustering technique and construct a clustering model of main similarity. A case is analyzed finally.
