Objective To know the distribution and Drug Resistance of multiple resistance strains in the infection monitoring in ICU. Methods 1 100 cases of patients with multiple resistance strains admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and 1 100 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, and 673 strains came from male, while 427 strains came from females, and the strains were given the routine isolation and culture identification, and the MDR was screened according to the related standards and surveyed and the MDR infection was analyzed, the MDR infection rate was decreased by a series of preventive infection nursing measures. Results There were 278 MDR bacterial strains, accounting for 25.27% (278/1 100), and the MDR was the most in E.col, accounting for 40.29% (112 strains), and MDR was more common in sputum, accounting for 43.52%(121/278), the second was in midportion urine, accounting for 21.94%(61/278), from January 2014 to December 2015, 2 444 cases of patients were admitted in ICU, including 462 cases of hospital infection patients, and there were 278 cases of patients with muhidrug resistant bacteria hospital infection, accounting for 60.17%. Conclusion The multiple resistance strains are the major pathogenic bacteria in ICU infection, and the infection site of patients with multiple resistance is mainly respiratory tract, and the clinical practice research shows that the rational intervention measures can effectively reduce the infection rate.
