慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉与鼻中隔偏曲同期与分期手术的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of One-stage Operation and Staging Operation of Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps and Deflection of Nasal Septum

目的探究慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉与鼻中隔偏曲患者通过同期与分期手术治疗后取得的临床成效。方法选取该院2014年5月—2016年7月年入院的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉与鼻中隔偏曲患者160例,通过随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组治疗方法为分期手术治疗,观察组为同期手术治疗。针对临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗满意度情况,对两组患者进行对比分析。结果在临床治疗效果方面,观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)比对照组总有效率(75.00%)高(P<0.05);针对不良反应发生情况,观察组发生率(5.00%)显著低于对照组发生率(16.25%)(P<0.05);针对治疗满意度情况,观察组满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组满意度(80.00%),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉与鼻中隔偏曲患者通过同期与分期手术治疗后取得的临床成效均较显著,但与分期手术相比,同期手术治疗在显著提高治疗效果的同时,使不良反应发生率明显降低,且治疗满意度较高,应在临床大力推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of onestage operation and staging operation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and deflection of nasal septum. Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and deflection of nasal septum admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group adopted the staging operation treatment, while the observation group adopted the onestage operation treatment, and the clinical treatment effective rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions and treatment satisfactory of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （93.75% vs 75.00%）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（5.00% vs 16.25%）, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （100.00% vs 80.00%）, and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of onestage operation and staging operation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps and deflection of nasal septum is obvious, but the onestage operation treatment can not only improve the treatment effect but also obviously reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions with higher treatment satisfactory degree, which can be greatly promoted and applied in clinic.
