子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病超声诊断的临床对比分析

Analysis of Clinical Comparison of Ultrasound Diagnosis of Fibroid and Adenomyosis

目的探讨子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病超声诊断的临床对比分析。方法收取该院30例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组,再选取30例子宫腺肌病患者作为对照组,收取时间为2014年8月—2016年3月期间,将两组患者特异性、敏感度、诊断正确率、周边血流参数、病灶血流参数、子宫动脉血流参数、误诊率、漏诊率进行对比。结果观察组诊断后周边血流参数(0.61±0.08)、病灶血流参数(0.66±0.09)、子宫动脉血流参数(0.54±0.12)优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组子宫肌瘤患者诊断正确率90.00%与对照组诊断正确率86.67%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组子宫肌瘤患者诊断后特异性83.33%、敏感度86.67%、误诊率3.33%、漏诊率6.67%与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声诊断对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的检出率较高,值得在临床影像学技术中进一步应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical comparison of ultrasound diagnosis of fibroid and adcnomyosis. Methods 30 cases of patients with fibroid in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 30 cases of patients with ademnomyosis were selected as the control group, and the admission time was from August 2014 to March 2016, and the specificity, sensitivity, diagnosis accurate rate, peripheral blood parameters, lesion blood parameters, arteriae uterine blood parameters, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were compared between the two groups. Results The peripheral blood parameters, lesion blood parameters and artcriae uterine blood parameters in the observation group after diagnosis were respectively （0.61±0.08）, （0.66±0.09）, （0.54±0.12）, which were better than those in the control group （P〈O.05）, and the difference in the diagnosis accuracy rate between the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance（90.00% vs 86.67%）（P〉0.05）, and the specificity, sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were respectively 83.33%, 86.67%, 3.33% and 6.67% in the observation group after diagnosis, and the differences had statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The test rate of ultrasound diagnosis of fibroid and adenomyosis is higher, which is worth further application in the clinical imaging technology. [
