麻醉复苏室护理人员参与术前探访对改善患者在复苏期躁动程度的效果

Effect of Participation in the Preoperative Visit of Nursing Staff in the Recovery Room for Anesthesia on Improving the Dysphoria Degree in the Recovery Phase of Patients

目的研究分析医院开展优质护理服务的效果。方法择取该院2015年4月—2016年5月在麻醉下行手术治疗病人100例,随机分为常规探访组和特殊探访组。常规探访组常规进行术前访视;特殊探访组在常规探访组基础上麻醉复苏室护理人员参与术前探访。比较两组患者手术护理整体满意度;患者手术配合度评分、复苏期躁动评分、苏醒时间;复苏期躁动程度;探访前后患者不良情绪情况。结果特殊探访组患者手术护理整体满意度96%显著比常规探访组78%高(P<0.05);特殊探访组患者手术配合度评分、复苏期躁动评分、苏醒时间(96.18±5.34)分、(0.97±0.14)分、(9.27±1.05)min显著比常规探访组(81.72±3.95)分、(1.92±0.25)分、(11.11±2.02)min好(P<0.05);特殊探访组复苏期躁动程度68%显著比常规探访组92%低(P<0.05)。探访前两组不良情绪情况相似(P>0.05);探访后特殊探访组相较于常规探访组不良情绪情况减轻更显著(P<0.05)。结论麻醉复苏室护理人员参与术前探访对改善患者在复苏期躁动程度的效果确切,可有效减轻患者不良情绪,提高患者手术的配合度,减轻复苏期躁动程度,缩短苏醒时间,病人对护理服务的满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To research and analyze the development effect of excellent nursing service by the hospital. Methods 100 cases of patients treated with operation under anesthesia from April 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups, the routine visit group adopted the routine preoperative visit, while the special visit group adopted the participation in the preoperative visit of nursing staff in the recovery room for anesthesia on the basis of the routine visit group, and the operation nursing overall satisfactory degree, operation adaptability degree of patients, dysphoria degree in the recovery phase, wakeup time and negative emotion of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The operation nursing overall satisfactory degree in the special visit group was obviously higher than that in the routine visit group（96% vs 78%）, and the operation adaptability score, dysphoria score during the recovery phase and wakeup time in the special visit group were obviously better than those in the routine visit group[（96.18±5.34）points, （0.97±0.14）points, （9.27±1.05）min vs （81.72±3.95）points, （1.92±0.25）points and （11.11±2.02）min] （P〈0.05）, and the dysphoria degree during the recovery period in the special visit group was obviously lower than that in the routine visit group（68% vs 92%）, and the adverse emotion of the two groups was similar, and the adverse emotion relief degree after visit in the special visit group was more obvious than that in the routine visit group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of participation in the preoperative visit of nursing staff in the recovery room for anesthesia on improving the dysphoria degree in the recovery phase of patients is definite, which can effectively alleviate the adverse emotions of patients, improve the operation adaptability of patients, relieve the dysphoria degree in the recovery phase and shorten the wakeup time with high satisfactory degree to nursing service, which is worth promotion.
