胸外科腹腔镜手术护理探讨

Study on Laparoscopic Operation Nursing in the Department of Chest Surgery

目的分析体会胸外科腹腔镜手术护理的应用效果。方法将自2013年11月—2014年10月间在该院胸外科采用腹腔镜手术治疗的56例患者为研究对象,根据患者自愿原则按照性别、年龄等将患者分组即对照组(27例)采用常规护理,观察组(29例)采用全面护理干预,在治疗后对评价指标内容进行统计分析对比。结果采用护理干预的观察组的SAS、SDS得分值分别为(42.6±3.7)分、(43.7±3.6)分均显著优于采用常规方式护理的对照组的(65.3±4.8)分和(55.9±4.2)分(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意率为96.55%显著优于对照组的81.48%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸外科行腹腔镜手术时进行护理干预可以显著改善患者的心理质量,继而提高患者的手术质量,并可获得极高的护理认可,具有较高的护理应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Laparoscopic operation nursing in the department of chest surgery. Methods 56 cases of patients treated with laparoscopic operation in the department of chest surgery in our hospital from November 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group with 27 cases and the observation group with 29 cases, and the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention, and the evaluation indicator content after treatment was counted and compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group[（42.6±3.7）points, （43.7±3.6）points vs （65.3±4.8）points, （55.9±4.2）points （P〈0.05）], and the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（96.55% vs 81.48%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention at the time of laparoscopic operation in the department of chest surgery can obviously improve the mental quality of patients thus improving the operation quality of patients and wining a highly recognition with higher nursing application value, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
