早期康复护理对脑卒中肢体功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on the Stroke Limb Function Recovery

目的研究脑卒中患者实施早期康复护理对其肢体功能恢复的影响。方法该院选择2015年1月—2016年1月间诊治的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者,将其均分为两组,对照组所选的60例患者实施常规护理措施,观察组所选的60例患者在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理措施,比较两组患者护理前、后的有效率、Fugl-Meuer评分及Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果通过护理措施后,观察组患者的Fugl-Meuer评分及BI评分明显比对照组高;观察组患者有效率为93.3%,对照组患者有效率为60.0%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施早期康复护理有助于肢体功能恢复,有助于提升患者的生活质量,降低致残率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To research the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the stroke limb function recovery. Methods 120 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 20t5 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the early rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the control group, and the effectiveness, FuglMeuer score and Barthel index score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing measures, the FuglMeuer and BI score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the difference in the effective rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance（93.3% vs 60.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing contributes to limb function recovery, improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the disability rate, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
