This paper analyzes the problem of rural pension by analyzing the structure model oflSM, and concludes that the rural pension is mainly backward from the concept of old-age pension, the urban-rural economic gap is large, the old legal system of old-age security is imperfect and the miniaturization of the family is the fundamental problem.
