纤维携砂压裂技术在鄂尔多斯盆地子洲气田盒8_上的应用 被引量:5

摘要 子洲气田的主力产气层盒8_上储层薄且致密,压裂时需要使用低黏液体系控制裂缝缝高并增加缝长,常规压裂工艺难以实现。运用纤维携砂压裂能够很好地控制缝高,改善支撑剂在裂缝中的铺置,提高裂缝导流能力。为此本文开展了可降解纤维携砂在盒8_上的可行性室内研究,结果表明,9‰的纤维压裂液在悬砂性、导流能力、可降解性和配伍性方面均满足要求。在子洲气田应用7口井,通过压后分析得到纤维携砂压裂比常规压裂能够有效改善支撑剂铺置、提高裂缝导流能力,日产气量比邻井提高2倍,表明纤维携砂对致密储层盒8+上的改造能够达到很好的效果。 The He-8upper member which is the main pay zone of Zizhou gas field is tight and thin. For such formation, lower viscosity fracturing fluid must be used to control the fracture vertical growth and extend the fracture length, which the conventional fracturing operation is unreached. The fiber-assisted transport technique can get that purpose and meanwhile improve proppant concentration in the fracture, which can increase fracture conductivity. So a set of laboratory studies about proppant settling, fracture conductivity, the fiber decomposition and compatibility has been carried out for He-8uppermember to prove the feasibility of degradable fiber. The results indicated that the 9%o de- gradable fiber is optimal. This technology has been applied for 7 wells in Zizhou gas field. The hydraulic fracturing analysis indicated that the fiber-assisted transport technique increased the fracture conductivity, compared to the conventional fracturing operation. The daily production is twice time higher than the offset wells. This fact proves that the fiber-assisted transport technique is feasible for the He-8upper member.
