摘要
爆胎是较为常见的航空事故,因此在研制新型飞机时需要对爆胎造成的危害进行适航认证。但飞机爆胎过程是突发和剧烈的,带有很大的危险性,增加了模拟的难度。文中针对以往试验方法的不足,研制了一种新型试验装置,对航空轮胎爆破形成的射流场进行测试。通过与以往试验数据的对比,证实了装置的可靠性,为后续分析主起落架舱内关键零部件的动态响应提供了可靠的试验数据。
Tire burst is a common cause for aviation accident, so an authentication of airworthiness is necessary for the de- velopment of new aircrafts. However, aircraft tire burst is unexpected, drastic, and extremely dangerous, which adds to the diffi- culties in simulation. In this paper, a new test apparatus is developed for overcoming shortcomings of the previous methods, and the jet field formed by aircraft tires blasting is tested. The reliability of the test data is verified by comparison with the experi- mental data, which provides reliable experimental data for the subsequent analysis of the dynamic response of key components in the main landing gear compartment.
