摘要
基于文献[1]对高速印刷机机构尺寸综合问题的研究成果,在满足许用压力角条件下,限定一个凸轮最小基圆半径,通常存在一个对应的滚子中心允许选择区间于浮动数轴的Z轴上。现将滚子中心的运动范围做进一步拓展:限定于机架所在平面的浮动坐标系内,得到一系列相近的允许选择区间,顺次连接各区间端点,构成滚子中心的允许选择解域。文中结论对第1类机构综合问题具有新的指导意义。
Based on the researched achievements of the German high-speed printing machine mechanism size synthesis problem, meeting requirement of the mechanical pressure angle, a minimum base circle radius limited is corresponding to a allowing select section of roller center on the floating number axis z. Making a further expansion on the movement range of roller center: limited on the frame of the floating coordinate system and getting a series of similar allowing select sections, sequentially, connecting the endpoints of the allowing select section, constituting an admissible select solution of the roller center. And it will be a new guidance for the first mechanisms synthesis task.
