真假蜂蜜简易鉴别技巧的可行性研究

The Feasibility Report of Discrimination Trial for Honey Sample

为了确定源于生活经验和网络中鉴别真假蜂蜜技巧的可行性,我们采集了4个不同来源的15种蜜样,以收集到的8种鉴别技巧进行测试,并参照国家标准进行可行性分析,为消费者提供真实可靠的简易鉴别方法。研究发现:通过"蜜滴在白纸上的扩散""加入酒精""高温铁丝插入""葱秆插入蜜样""快速搅拌蜜样"判定蜂蜜真假结果 (判别成功率为0)与蜂蜜国家标准(GH/T18796-2012)分析结果不相符合,不能作为鉴别蜂蜜的简易技巧。"加入碘液观察""观测蜜样后字迹""用力摇晃蜜样稀释液"鉴别率为86.67%,与国家标准(GB/T 18932.16-2003)分析结果差异不显著(P=1),可以作为鉴别真假蜂蜜的技巧。我们认为简易辨别技巧快速确定蜂蜜真假性能够为消费者初步判断蜂蜜质量,节约了蜂产品交易过程中的成本。

In order to investigate the feasibility of discrimination trial which from Internet or life experience for honey sample, we collected 15 honey samples from 4 places and tested with discrimination trial which quoted from Internet. And then we analyzed feasibility under the National Standard of Honey. The result shows that these trials on ＂the diffusion of honey drop in clear paper＂, ＂add to alcohol＂ , ＂insert with high temperature iron wire＂, ＂insert with onion＂, and ＂ quickly stirred honey by chopsticks＂ （the rate of discriminations is O） has significance with National Standard （GH/T18796-2012） analysis （P〈O.01） so that these trials can＇ t be used for discrimination honey. The trials on ＂add to iodine solution＂, ＂observe the words through diluents of honey sample＂, ＂shake the diluents of sample vigorously＂ （86.67%） has no significance with National Standard （GB/T 18932.16-2003） that can be used for discriminating honey sample. We conclude that discrimination trial quickly distinguish the fake honeybee which assist consumer preliminary judgment the quality of honey and save cost in trading in product of honeybee.
