波纹钢管用作隧道逃生管道时的模拟分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究隧道发生塌方时逃生管道变形的特征与规律,对波纹钢管及其圆钢管的受力变形等情况进行对比研究,使用动态有限元模拟坍塌岩石体垂直砸向逃生管道的情形,分析波纹钢管在有垫层约束模型和圆管有垫层约束模型碰撞过程的凹陷变形(Y方向和X方向)以及加速度变化等指标。结果表明:直径1 m,壁厚为5 mm和壁厚10 mm的波纹钢管最大变形分别为174 mm和143 mm,直径1 m,壁厚为5 mm和壁厚10 mm圆钢管最大变形分别为214 mm和199 mm,波纹钢管凹陷变形较圆管分别小40 mm和56 mm;相同管径下,随着壁厚的增加,波纹钢管的优势就越明显。在受到岩石的撞击过程中,波纹钢管可以避免峰值过大而且整体结构更加稳定,波纹钢管在承受冲击荷载较圆钢管更有优势,用波纹钢管作为逃生管道更能确保位于掌子面施工人员的生命安全,结构安全性更好。 In order to research the deformation characteristics and rule of tunnel escape pipe when tunnel collapsed,the forced deformation of corrugated steel pipe and the deformation of circular steel pipe are comparatively researched. The situation of collapsed rock falling on the escape pipe is simulated by the dynamic finite element method,and the depressions( Y direction and X direction) and acceleration,etc.,in the collision process of the constraint models of corrugated steel pipe with cushion and circular steel pipe with cushion are analysed. The result shows that( 1) the max deformations of corrugated steel pipe with the sizes of one-meter in diameter and the 5 mm and 10 mm in wall thickness are 174 mm and 143 mm respectively,the max deformations of circular steel pipe with the same sizes are 214 mm and 199 mm respectively,the max deformations of corrugated steel pipe are 40 mm and 56 mm less than those of circular steel pipe;( 2) the advantage of corrugated steel pipe is greater with the increase of the wall thickness when the sizes of diameter are same;( 3) in the process of collapsed rock falling on the escape pipe,the corrugated steel pipe can avoid too large peak value of force,and the whole structure is more stable,the corrugated steel pipe is more advantageous than the circular steel pipe under the impact load,the structure security of corrugated steel pipe is better as escape pipe,it can ensure the personnel life safety at working face in the construction.
