摘要 互联电网的能量管理是当今能源互联网建设中的一个重要研究课题。为反映电力系统的运行风险水平,通过在传统节点电价(locational marginal price,LMP)中引入一项简化的风险价格,提出一种改进的风险节点电价模型(risk-based LMP,RLMP),并基于电力市场双边交易机制下区域系统的产消属性,设计了无需上级调度中心参与的互联电力系统分散协同风险调度框架。各区域调度中心对其辖区实行分散自治调度,保证区域电网在指定风险水平约束下的经济运行。相邻区域调度中心进而通过协同机制调整联络线传输功率,以实现互联电力系统经济效益的最大化。最后,仿真算例验证了所提RLMP模型与分散协同算法的有效性。结果表明,上述方法可提升互联电力系统的调度的灵活性,并控制系统运行风险。 Energy management of interconnected power systems is an important issue in construction of energy internet. In this paper, by adding a simplified risk price into traditional locational marginal price (LMP), a modified risk-based LMP (RLMP) model is proposed. Since each area system in electricity market can serve as an electricity prosumer, a decentralized synergetic risk-based dispatch framework is designed without participation of upper-level dispatch center. Each area dispatch center ensures risk-constrained economic operation of area power system by decentralized autonomous dispatch. In order to obtain system's better economic benefits, connected dispatch centers balance power flows on tie lines by synergy. Simulation result verifies that the proposed RLMP model and decentralized synergetic dispatch strategy are effective in improving operational flexibility and risk management capability of interconnected systems.
