聚氨酯基材的滚抛磨块制备及滚磨工艺评价 被引量:4

摘要 以混炼型聚氨酯为基材、经偶联剂处理的棕刚玉微粉为磨料,通过加压模具硫化工艺制备出磨料含量不同的3种滚抛磨块。采用聚氨酯滚抛磨块对不同表面状况的硅铝合金样块进行离心式滚磨工艺实验,分析了不同棕刚玉用量制备的滚抛磨块的工艺性能参数变化规律。结果表明,棕刚玉含量越高(最高质量分数77.2%)的滚抛磨块对试件的磨削率越高,加工后的试件表面粗糙度值较低,表面质量较佳;同时滚抛磨块自身的磨耗率也相对较高。 Choosing millable polyurethane as the substrate and using brown corundum micro-powder treated with coupling agent as the abrasives, three tumbling chip abrasives with different abrasive content were prepared by vulcanization process. The centrifugal tumbling process experience to aluminum alloy specimens in different surface using the preproduction of polyurethane tumbling chip abrasives was implemented. The variation of process performance parameters of tumbling chip abrasives with different abrasive content was analyzed. The results showed that the higher the content of brown corundum ( the highest mass ratio was 77.2%) in tumbling chip abrasives was, the higher the wear rate and the lower value of surface roughness got, the surface quality was good, meanwhile the wear rate of the tumbling chip abrasives was relatively higher.
