摘要
无论是"科学2.0"还是"科学Ⅱ",一些控制论与系统科学家们认为科学正在发生结构革命。而推动这一研究到达一个新高度的,则是维也纳史太白技术转移新控制论中心的卡尔·米勒教授,他以二阶控制论为基础,基于生物学个人如何构建一个"知识实在"的认知论点,将观察者视角引入提出科学研究,通过对一阶科学进行反思和重返,提出统一科学的二阶科学,成为科学哲学研究的一个新的进路。
Whether it is＂Science 2. 0＂or ＂Science Ⅱ＂,scientists believe that science is undergoing a structural revolution. Karl Miller,a professor of Steinbeis Transfer Center New Cybernetics in Vienna,proposed Second Order Science theory unifying science based on the second-order control theory and the cognitive point of view of biology on how individuals construct a＂knowledge reality＂,through introducing the observer＇s perspective into scientific research and depending on the reflection and re-entry to first-order science,which becomes a new trend of the research of philosophy of science.
