多个诊断性试验准确性的比较:网状Meta分析方法介绍 被引量:19

摘要 如何在临床疾病诊断和筛查中选择最佳的诊断性试验,一直是临床医师和诊断性试验系统评价者面临的难题,同时也成为诊断性试验系统评价/Meta分析发展的新机遇和挑战。网状Meta分析在干预类系统评价中已得到广泛应用,可实现不同干预措施之间疗效的比较和排序,从而筛选出最有效的干预措施。基于共同的参考标准或金标准,在诊断性试验Meta分析中引入网状Meta分析的方法,可解决多种诊断技术选择难的问题。本文重点介绍了4种实现诊断性试验准确性网状Meta分析的方法,探讨了2种诊断性试验准确性网状Meta分析概率排序的方法,以期为今后拟进行诊断性试验准确性网状Meta分析的研究者提供参考。 It is a challenge for clinicians and diagnostic systematic reviewers to determine the best test in clinical diagnosis and screening. Meanwhile, it also becomes the new chance and challenge for diagnostic test meta-analysis. Network meta-analysis has been commonly used in intervention systematic reviews, which can compare the effect size of all available interventions and to choose the best intervention. Network meta-analysis of diagnostic test can be defined as comparing all available diagnostic technologies in the same conditions based on the common reference tests. In order to provide the guide for diagnostic systematic reviewers, we aims to introduce four methods of conducting diagnostic test accuracy network meta-analysis, and to explore two ranking methods of network meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy.
