循环成纤维细胞在创面修复中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in the research of effects of circulating fibroblasts on wound repair

摘要 随着社会经济的发展及老龄化进程加速,由糖尿病、感染、溃疡等引起的创面发病率持续上升,创面治疗及护理费用持续增长,不仅影响患者的生活质量和生命健康,也加重患者经济及社会医疗资源负担。创面修复成为研究热点与攻克难点。过去认为Fh在创面修复中发挥着重要作用,近年研究显示,一种兼具造血细胞与间质细胞特点的新型细胞——循环Fb(cFb),不仅可分化为创面修复的主要细胞Fb和肌Fb,还可分泌丰富的细胞因子参与糖尿病、溃疡、烧伤等创面的细胞迁移、增殖、分化和血管生成,贯穿创面修复的炎症期、增殖期及重塑期,有望成为临床促进创面愈合的治疗手段。 Wound repair is a complex process involving multiple disciplines, cell factors, cell types, and signaling pathways. In recent years, many researches showed that circulating fibrohlasts (eFbs) deriving from hone marrow and residing in peripheral blood, played a role in wound repair by migrating to wound sites, differentiating into fibroblasts and myofibroblasts, and secreting cytokines, extracellular matrix, chemokines, growth factors, and antigen-presenting molecules, etc. cFbs also involve in three phases of inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling in wound repair of diabetes, ulcers, burns and other wounds, which indicate that they could be a potential treatment for wound repair. This article aims to review the latest development in circulating fibroblasts and wound repair.
