摘要
以提高电力系统电压稳定裕度为目的,基于模糊聚类方法对网络重构进行分析。若系统网络发生故障(如某联络线发生短路、过载等)或因不确定性问题引起其他网络故障,应迅速切除。为不影响负荷供电,需要其他线路替代故障点,但此时可能有多种候选方案。应用模糊聚类方法将众多候选支路予以分类,在最大限度提高电压稳定裕度的基础上选取最为合适的候选支路,以完成网络重构。应用IEEE-30节点系统验证所提模糊聚类分析方法的正确性和有效性。
In order to improve the voltage stability margin of power system, the network reconfiguration is proposed based on fuzzy clustering. The network accident (such as a tie line short circuited or overload) or other network failures occurred due to uncertainty should be removed quickly. It needs other lines replace the fault point to avoid interrupting the power supply. But there are a variety of candidate solutions at this moment. This paper proposes a fuzzy clustering method to classify many candidate branches, and selects the most candidate branch on the basis of improving voltage stability margin at a maximum to complete the network reconfiguration. The proposed method is tested in IEEE 30-bus system to show its feasibility and validity.
