摘要
调查显示:1)粤西中小学教师工作压力呈中等水平,教学效能感平均得分高于中等水平;2)除了与工作保障、工作乐趣不存在显著负相关外,教学效能感及其各维度与教师工作压力及其其他各维度都存在显著负相关;3)性别、学校层次对粤西中小学教师工作压力和教学效能感不存在显著影响,但学校的城乡属性对教师工作负荷、教学效能感、一般教学效能感影响有显著影响;4)年龄对粤西中小学教师工作压力、教学保障、教学乐趣和教学效能感及其各维度有显著影响,教龄、职称对粤西中小学教师教学保障、个人教学效能感有显著影响。
A questionnaire survey on west Guangdong primary and middle school teachers, working conditions showed that.1)their working stress is in the medium level, teaching efficiency is higher than the medium level. 2)In addition with work security and fun, teaching efficiency had significant negative correlation with teachers, working stress and other dimensions. 3)Teachers, working stress and teaching efficiency had no significant differences between gender and school level. 4)Teachers, working stress, teaching security, teaching fun, teaching efficiency and its dimensions had significant differences between age; Teachers, work load, teaching efficiency and general teaching efficiency had significant differences between school, urban and rural property; Teaching security and personal teaching efficiency had signifi- cant differences between teaching age and technical title.
