摘要 "教师实施融合教育量表"共分态度、技能与认知3个分量表及1个一致性分量表。本量表的信效度考验结果令人满意:在信度方面,各分量表的内部一致性系数为0.92至0.93,重测信度在态度分量表为0.81,技能分量表为0.78,认知分量表为0.64,总量表为0.80,均达0.01的显著水平;在效度方面,其建构效度及效标关联同时效度考验显示良好。建议特教教师据以检视自身专业态度及素养,行政人员据以评测新进人员是否适合融合教育及师资培训需求,培训单位据以测试课程起点与成效,提高培训实效。 Teachers' Implementing Inclusive Education Scale (TIIES)consists of three subscales as attitude, skill, cognitive, and another consistence subscale. The reliability and validity tests of TIIES shows a satisfactory result, the internal reliability by Cronbach a of each subscale ranges from 0.92 to 0. 93% the test--retest reliabilities is 0.81 in the attitude subscale, 0.78 for the skill one, 0.64 for the cogni- tive one, and 0.80 for the total scale, all reaching 0.01 significant level. In terms of validity, both the con struct validity and the criterion--related current validity are also good. Based on this scale, we recommend that special education teachers should monitor their professional attitudes and qualities, the administrative staff should assess the new staff, and the training unit would test the starting point and effectiveness of the course, as to promote the training level.
