不同经验教师对特教生课堂问题行为的影响——以台南市某小学为例 被引量:1

摘要 特教学生的课堂问题行为是特教教师经常要面对的问题,也是教师职业压力的主要来源。研究者通过观察小学特教学生课堂问题行为和访谈特教教师,探讨课堂问题行为,旨在促进特教学生学习和心理发展。研究发现:特教学生课堂问题行为与教师教学密切相关,相对于有经验教师,实习教师课堂上学生的问题行为较多;实习教师存在对学生特质不了解、教学内容不适合、教学方式不适当、行为处理不恰当等问题。特教教师应把学生课堂问题行为作为反思和研究的对象,以自身为纽带,使教学内容生活化、教学方式多样化及行为处理积极化。 Classroom problem behavior of special education students is a problem that teachers often have to face, and also a major source of teacher's occupation pressure. By observing primary school special education students classroom behavior problems and interviewing teachers, the result shows that: Special Education Students" classroom problem behaviors and teachers" teaching are closely related~ Intern teachers have more problem behaviors in class as less understanding of students" characteristics, inappropriate teaching content, methods and behavior--handling. The according suggestions are: the course contents and teaching methods should be diversified, and the behavior should be handled actively.
