摘要
在广东省内抽取高师生506人进行问卷调查,以考察高师生的心理资本、专业承诺与教师职业成熟度间的关系。结果表明:心理资本、希望和乐观能显著正向预测专业承诺,心理资本、希望能显著正向预测教师职业成熟度和教师职业态度成熟度,心理资本、希望和自我效能能显著正向预测教师职业能力成熟度。专业承诺能显著正向预测教师职业态度成熟度和教师职业能力成熟度。专业承诺在心理资本与教师职业态度成熟度间起部分中介作用。
The study aimed at investigating the relationship between psychological capital and teacher career maturity, and the possible mediating role of professional commitment between them. Questionnaires were distributed to university students in Guizhou,and a total of 506 valid cases" data were collected.Amos 17. 0 was employed to analyze the relationship among psychological capital,professional commitment and teacher career maturity.The results showed that: University students" psychological capital, hope and op- timism had a salient positive relationship with professional commitment; Psychological capital and hope had a salient positive relationship with attitude maturity and career maturity; Psychological capital, hope and self efficacy had a salient positive relationship with capacity maturity. Professional commitment par- tially mediated the relationship between psychological capital and teacher career attitude maturity.
