C18反相色谱柱是目前高效液相检测中,最常用到的一种色谱柱类型,在实际使用中由于样品性质或操作的原因,色谱柱会受到一定的损害。通过对常见的流动相误使用纯水而造成的疏水塌陷做分析,得到比较有效处理此类问题的方法。研究结果表明:在初期疏水塌陷发生后,经过甲醇-水体系先高比例有机相后低比例有机相梯度冲洗可以使柱效明显恢复,可以作为一种有效的挽救色谱柱的方法。
