摘要
采用混酸浸出-离子交换法处理硅铝基载体型催化剂,经过强化浸出,铂的浸出率可以达到95%以上。随后采用合适的阴离子交换树脂从浸出液中吸附铂,铂的吸附容量大,解吸率达到97%,适合反复使用。该方法为硅铝基载体型催化剂的综合回收开辟了一种新的路径,具有较好的应用前景。
The Pt-Al2O3-SiO2 catalysts were disposed by the method of mixed acid leaching-ion exchange. Through strengthened leaching, leaching rate of platinum can reach more than 95%. A suitable type of anion ex- change resin can recover the platinum in the leaching solution, its adsorption capacity is big, desorption rate can reach 97% and can be reused. This method provides a new path for the comprehensive utilization of Pt-Al2O3- SiO2 catalysts and has a good application prospect.
