摘要
低品位贵金属废催化剂回收铂钯铑的难度主要体现在贵金属成分从很低品位的物料中浸出富集的过程。介绍了经Na_2CO_3焙烧-水洗-硫酸溶解后的渣高效浸出的实验研究,发现采用预还原-氧化浸出的方法可以使渣中贵金属得到有效浸出,以渣中贵金属含量计算Pt、Pd浸出率超过90%,Rh浸出率超过88%。
The difficulty of recovering Pt. Pd. Rh from low-grade spent catalyst is the process of leaching and en- richment. This paper introduces the leaching process of slag after the treatment of Na2CO3 roasting-washing-sul- furic acid dissolving, finds that precious metal in the slag can be leached effectively by pre-reduction and oxidiz- ing leaching. The leaching rate of Pt.Pd can reach over 90%, Rh can reach over 88%.
