摘要
铁液中的含硫量过高会严重影响铸铁件的力学性能,以东方红LX1004农用拖拉机发动机缸体铸铁件为研究对象,从焦炭的质量、石灰石用量、金属炉料等影响铁液含硫量的主要因素入手,进行了相关性试验,分析了各个因素对铸铁件含硫量的影响,最终提出了一系列相应的含硫量控制措施。通过生产验证,表明这些含硫量控制措施起到了明显的效果,具有一定的应用价值。
High sulfur content in iron liquid can seriously affect the mechanical properties of cast iron. Therefore, this paper takes the eastern red LX1004 agricultural tractor engine cylinder block as the research object, starting from the quality of coke, limestone, metal materials etc., main factors influencing the sulfur content of liquid iron, carries out some correlation tests, and analyzes the influence of various factors on the sulphur content of iron cast- ings. Finally, it proposes a series of measures for controlling the sulphur content. Through production verification, it shows that these sulphur content control measures have obvious effect and certain application value.
