胺碘酮在心力衰竭伴发心房颤动治疗中的临床疗效和安全性探讨

Amiodarone in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with heart failure clinical curative effect and application security

目的观察胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭伴心房颤动的临床疗效与安全性。方法选100例心力衰竭伴发心房颤动患者,按患者入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。2组患者均给以常规治疗后,对照组在10 m L浓度为5%的葡萄糖注射液中稀释0.2 mg西地兰后行静脉推注治疗;观察组采用胺碘酮进行治疗。对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为92.00%,对照组为60.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮能够有效治疗心力衰竭并发心房颤动,且安全性高,可推广应用。

Objective To observe amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure associated with atrial fibrillation clinical curative effect and application security. Methods Selected 100 cases with atrial fibrillation in patients with heart failure,according to the patients admitted to hospital order divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment after using different solution treatment,two groups of patients in the control group in the concentration of 10 ml of 5% glucose injection diluted 0.2 mg sildenafil orchid after intravenous injection treatment;Observation group treated with amiodarone. Compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results Observation group total effective rate was 92.00%,control group was 60.00%,the difference between the two groups are statistically significant（P0.05）;The incidence of adverse reactions similar between the two groups has no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone can effectively treat heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation,popularization and application.
