Study on Rural Dispute Settlement Mechanism under the Background of Coordinated Development of "Three Oriented"

阐述了"三化"的内容以及其协调发展的内涵,分析了当前农村纠纷呈现出的新特点和现有农村问题解决机制存在的弊端,提出了关于完善农村纠纷解决机制的途径,为新时期农村经济健康发展提供更多可行性建议。

This paper first describes the content and connotation of coordinated development of ＂ three oriented ＂,then analyzes the new features showing in current disputes of rural areas and the defects existing in the solving mechanism of rural areas,finally puts forward the ways to improve the mechanism of the rural disputes settlement,in order to provide more feasible suggestions for the healthy development of the rural economy in the new era.
