摘要
基于教师专业发展从技术视野向生态取向的转型,作为教师专业发展生态环境的教师文化,在教师专业发展中扮演着更为重要的角色。本文以哈格里夫斯的教师文化分类和斯德菲教师专业发展的人文发展模式为理论基础,分析教师自然合作文化对教师专业发展过程,尤其是对预备期、退缩期和退出期三个关键时期的影响,即为预备期教师提供良好的专业互助,为退缩期的教师提供强大的文化支持,为退出期的教师提供适宜的心里慰藉。
As teachers' professional development is transformed from the technical perspective to the ecological orientation,teacher culture which is the ecological environment of teacher professional development plays a more important role. Based on Hargreaves' classification of teacher culture and human development model of Sidney's professional development,this paper analyzes the relationship between teachers' natural cooperation culture and teachers' professional development process,especially the three periods of preparation period,retreat period and exit period. That is to provide a good professional mutual assistance for the probationary period,to provide a strong cultural support for the teachers in the recession period,and to provide appropriate psychological comfort for the teachers in the withdrawal period.
