高校思想政治教育应注重人文关怀

Ideological and Political Education in Colleges Should Pay Attention to Humanistic Spirit

现代社会给人类带来令人鼓舞的正效应,同时也对人类文明造成了破坏性影响,突出表现在当代人文精神的缺失。因此,高校思想政治教育作为培养社会精英品格的主阵地,应注重人文关怀。即:第一,更新观念,尊重大学生的主体地位;第二,突出个性,充分发挥大学生的潜能;第三,关注大学生各方面合理的需要;第四,加强心理健康教育。

Modern society has brought human encouraging positive effect, at the same time it is also caused destructive effects on the hu- man civilization , and the lack of contemporary humanistic spirit is a prominent performance. So, ideological and political education as the main position which cultivates social elite~ character paying attention to humanistic care is of great significance today. This paper holds that the ideological and political education should take the following measures： First, renew the idea and respect students＇subject position; Second, emphasize individual character and give full play to the potential of college students ;Third ,focus on college students ＂reasonable need in various aspects： Fourth.strengthen the mental health education.
