Disscussion on the Construction of Public Digital Libraries' Knowledge Sharing Community

数字图书馆是基于互联网环境共建共享的可扩展知识网络系统。随着信息环境的变迁、读者角色和需求的变化,公共数字图书馆应以读者价值最大化为目的构建"用户社交+知识分享+社区服务"三位一体的"知识分享社区",其可实现的效能包括:工作重心由资源到用户、信息服务由检索到生产、知识服务由推广到嵌入。

Digital library is an extendable knowledge network system which is co-buih and shared on the basis of the Internet context. As changes take place in the information context, users＇ role and demand, public digit- al libraries should set up a ＂ knowledge sharing community＂ integrating user social contact with knowledge sha- ring and community service with the purpose of maximizing user value. The efficiencies that it could achieve in- clude： （1） the focus of work should be shifted from resources to users; （2） the information service should be developed from searching to producing ; （ 3 ） the knowledge service should be adjusted from service promotion to service embedding. 21 refs.
