摘要
钒钛磁铁矿利用还原窑对铁、钒、钛进行了研究,探索了还原温度、还原时间、还原气氛和配碳量对直接还原金属化率的影响。结果显示,还原温度和还原气氛是影响金属化率的最重要因素,还原温度达到1 350℃,还原时间达到30min,维持还原过程中性或还原性气氛,球团金属化率可稳定保持在90%以上。
The effect of reduction temperature, reduction time, reduction atmosphere and carbon content on the direct reduction metallization rate was investigated by using vanadium and titanium magnetite to reduce iron, vanadium and titanium. The results show that the reduction temperature and the reducing atmosphere are the most important factors affecting the metallization rate. The reduction temperature reaches 1350℃, the reduction time is 30 min , the neutralization or reducing atmosphere is maintained. Pellet metallization rate can be maintained at 90% or more.
