摘要
对当前非标制造型企业生产效率面临工业4.0变革与市场个性化需求双重考验下,通过升级工时定额管理来提升定额准确性,从而使工时定额能够应对新的生产环境、生产设备数控化、智能化的环境下为企业保持并提升劳动效率。升级工时定额的管理可以有效提升企业的管理水平,通过调动生产操作者劳动的积极性,真正使生产操作者能够多劳多得,保持并提高生产效率,将企业现有资源的潜力发掘到最大化,使制造型企业能够在市场的竞争中处于有利地位。
The production efficiency of non--standard manufacturing enterprise are now facing in both individualized needs of market and industry 4.0. with upgrading man--hours quota management to improve the accuracy of the quota, the labor efficiency would be maintained and enhanced for enterprises with the man-hours quota under the new production environment, the numerical control of production equipment, intelligent environment. The management of the quota of the escalating work can effectively improve the management level of the enterprise. With upgrading man--hours quota management, management level could be improved effectively, and more pay for more work to workers by mobilizing the initiative, then the production efficiency could be maintained and im-proved, and the enterprise's existing resources would be excavated and maximized to have the right of the stick for manufacturing enterprises in the market competition.
