On the Possibility and Practical Path of Higher Vocational Elites Training

高职院校究竟能不能培养"大国工匠"?如何开启"工匠"追求卓越的灵智?徐州工业职业技术学院积极响应国家关于培育"脚踏实地、专注持久、精益求精"工匠精神的号召,立足学校和学生的实际,从2014年开始实施"精英高职人才"培养工程。构建了"3+N"培养模式、实施了四个关键环节,推行了5大工程,形成了6种追求,取得了丰硕的成果,为高职教育改革及工匠精神培养提供了良好的示范作用。

Can higher vocational colleges whether or not cultivate ＂craftsmen of the nation＂ ？ How can the ＂craftsmen＂ open pur- suit of excellence and the spirit of wisdom？ Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology, based on the practice of school and students, actively responses to the call for the spirits of craftsmen of ＂down-to-earth, focusing on persistent and keeping improvement＂, and has carried out ＂higher vocational elites＂ training project from 2014. It has constructed the ＂3 ＋ N＂ training mode, implemented four key links, introduced five big projects, formed six kinds of pursuits, and achieved fruitful results, which provides a good demon- stration effect for the reform of higher vocational education and training of the craftsman spirits.
