摘要
针对高职院校人才培养质量与企业需求吻合度不高,缺乏与企业文化要求相吻合的精神特质、行为习惯等职业素质的问题,以南京信息职业技术学院通信技术专业的改革实践为例,从内容选择、实施策略、队伍及机制保障等层面,阐述了由企业人力资源深度介入的学生职业素质培养新体系。实践证明,该体系有效帮助学生完成自我认知,有效提升学生综合素质,对提升人才培养质量与企业需求的吻合度提出了新思路。
Aiming at the problems of professional quality that the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges is not high enough to meet the needs of enterprises, lack of the spiritual characteristics matched with enterprise cultural requirements, and be- havior habits, etc., taking the reform practice of communication technology specialty of Nanjing College of Information Technology as an example, this paper expounds the new system of cultivating students" professional quality from the aspects of content selec- tion, implementation strategy, team and mechanism guarantee by the deep involvement of enterprise human resources. Practice has proved that the system can effectively help students to complete their own understanding, effectively improve the overall quality of students. The paper puts forward a new idea to improve the consistency between the quality of talents training and the needs of enterprises.
