现有的高校通知通常依靠电话、短信、社交网络等形式进行,为达到较高的通知下达率,必须综合上述多种途径进行并手动统计回复,但这种方式费时费力。提出建立一个多途径通知系统,不但可以自动统计阅读情况,而且能通过个人拥有的短信、微信、邮箱等通信资源自动给未阅读通知的受众发送通知,以达到满意的通知下达率。

Now, notifications usually rely on telephone, SMS and social network in universities. In order to achieve a satisfactory notice arrival rate, we must take time and effort to multiple a variety of ways to conduct a manual statistical response. Proposing a multi-channel notification system can not only automatically count read situation, but also automatically notify the audience through personal SMS, We Chat, email and other communication resources to achieve a satisfactory notice arrival rate.
