基于人机工程学的篮球轮椅设计及仿真

摘要 综合分析篮球轮椅残疾人运动员的身心特点,根据百分位人体尺寸值、穿衣修正量、姿势修正量等计算得出篮球轮椅各零部件的相关尺寸;利用Proe软件设计出符合其特点的篮球轮椅三维模型;将建立的三维模型导入到Jack人因仿真环境中,建立第95百分位的中国男性作为运动员,将运动员和篮球轮椅作为一个有机整体,分析运动员在运动姿势下的单手和双手可及区域、舒适度、静态压力;结果表明所设计的篮球轮椅非常切合运动员的需求。 A comprehensive analysis of the physical and psychological characteristics of basketball wheelchair athletes with disabilities, related dimensions of the basketball wheelchair parts are calculated according to percentile value, body size, dressing correction and posture correction etc..Proe software is used to design the 3D model of basketball wheelchair in accordance with the althlete characteristics. Then,3D model is imported to Jack simulation environment, the ninety-fifth percentile of the Chinese men is established as the athlete, athlete and basketball wheelchair ia taken as an organic whole, reach zone of a single hand and both hands, comfort,static pressure are analyzed with the sporting posture.The results show that the design is very suitable for basketball wheelchair athletes demand.
