面向“中国制造2025”的企业高技能人才培养模式探索——以安徽某企业为例

摘要 中国制造2025是我国实施制造强国战略第一个十年的行动纲领,国家把制造业提升到了前所未有的重要地位,在此背景之下,紧密贴近于生产制造的当属高技能型人才,即"大国工匠"。从我国高技能型人才培养现状和当前社会环境对于高技能型人才的迫切需求着手,以安徽某企业为实例,着重分析了该企业对于高技能型人才的培养模式——技能大师工作室。从技能大师工作室的基本情况、发展历程、建设的必要性、建设运行情况、运行成果等方面阐述了该企业对于高技能型人才培养的创新举措。 "Made in China 2025" is the policy guideline for the first-ten-year manufacturing enhancing China power.China improves the manufacturing industry to the unprecedentedly important level. In this background, the highskilled personnel, proficient in production and capable of applying the theory, design, and technology to the final product, service and management profits, are called "great craftsmen". This paper, taking an automotive enterprise in Anhui for example, starts with the current cultivation situation and urgent requirement of the highly-skilled personnel, and then mainly analyzes its cultivation mode for the highly-skilled personnel 梩 echnician workshop. This paper shows its innovation actions for the cultivation of highly-skilled personnel by its basic condition, developing history, necessity of construction, construction operation, and the running results of the technician workshop.
