摘要
主要介绍一种高温高压燃气电磁阀的功能原理、结构特点以及材料的选取,对重要执行部件——芯轴受力进行分析,同时对其动密封间隙进行改进,将燃气泄漏量降低,提高燃气发生器的工作效率。
The function principle,structure characteristics and material selection of a high temperature and high pressure gas solenoid valve were introduced. And then the forces acting on the core axial force were analyzed,which is an important execution component. Finally,the dynamic seal clearance was improved to reduce gas leakage and improve the working efficiency of gas generator.
