摘要
采用压铸技术制备锌合金旅游工艺品。材料选用ZZn Al4Y压铸锌合金,设备选用DC400吨热室压铸机,经工艺品设计、压铸生产及表面电镀,成功制备出锌合金浅浮雕纪念盘。
Guizhou tourism craft was produced using die casting technology. The material of the technology is ZZn Al4 Y zinc alloy,and equipment is DC400 t hot-chamber die casting machine. The bas-relief plate made of zinc alloy was produced successfully through the process of design,casting and surface electroplating.
