为研究地方政府职业教育领导力,开发一种有效的评价模型,据此对地方政府领导者的职业教育领导素质、能力和作为的内涵进行解析,为政府职业教育领导者的选拔、培养、测评等提供参考依据与衡量标准,也为政府职业教育领导者进行实践反思、知识积累和能力提升策略勾勒一条参考路径。

Due to study the leadership of local government vocational education,an efficient evaluation model is developed.Based on this model,we analysis the leadership and capability of local government vocational education.It provides the reference frame for selection,training,and testing of vocational education leaders.It also gives a reference path of practice reflection,knowledge accumulation and ability promotion for vocational education leaders.
