摘要
在已有的膨胀管膨胀力计算模型的基础上,考虑管材应变硬化率与膨胀变形率对管材膨胀力的影响,基于金属塑性变形理论推导出一种新的膨胀管膨胀力计算模型。为了检验该计算模型的精度,对3种具有不同应变硬化率的膨胀管进行约15%膨胀率的膨胀试验,测量出膨胀过程中的膨胀力,与计算模型的计算值进行对比,计算相对误差分别为6.88%,7.08%,-7.42%,明显小于已有公式的计算相对误差。改进的膨胀力计算模型计算精度更高,且具有良好的通用性,可应用于膨胀工艺的设计及膨胀管材研发。
A new calculation model of expansion force based on the theory of metal plastic deformation and the previous formula was derived to meet the development of the materials for the expandable tubular considering the influences of the strain hardening rate and expansion rate of the expandable tubular on the expansion force.In order to check the accuracy of the new model,the expansion forces of three kinds of expandable tubular with different strain hardening rates under the expansion rate of about 15% were measured by full-scale tests,and then the experimental values and calculated values were compared.The results show that the relative error between the experimental values and calculated values are 6.88%,7.08% and -7.42%,which is obviously smaller than the relative error of the existing formula.The improved expansion force calculation model has higher calculation accuracy,and has good universality.It can be applied to the design of expansion process and expandable tubular research and development.
