摘要
为了解决空间对接半物理仿真过程中,力传感器噪声对碰撞试验的影响,在研究半物理仿真模型和力传感器噪声统计学特性的基础上,提出了一种力传感器噪声的处理方法。对半物理仿真过程中,对接机构接触和未接触两种状态,噪声处理方法对试验过程的影响进行了理论分析,并研究该方法在参数取极限值的情况。最后采用一组试验参数进行了试验,与不做噪声处理和常用的死区处理方法两种情况进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to solve the noise problem during space docking hardware in loop simulation, a new noise processing method is proposed by analyzing the model of hybrid simulation and the statistical characteristic of force sensor noises. The influence of noise processing method on both non-contact and contact cases of docking mechanism is discussed through theoretical research. Two special cases when the parameter of noise processing takes the limit value are also studied. At last, simulations with no noise processing, the new method and dead band compensation under certain situations are carried out to validate the proposed noise processing method.
